Washington, D.C., D.C. in full District of Columbia, city, and capital of the United States of America. The city is often referred to as simply D.C., and is located on the northern shore of the Potomac River at the river´s navigation head – that is, the transshipment point between waterway and land transport. The population size of Los Angeles is second only to that of New York among the cities in the US. Another interesting fact about California is that it has the largest economy of any state. For these reasons and others, the state is known globally for several things ranging from entertainment and relaxation to business and economy.

Chicago – Located in the heart of the U.S., Chicago is the nation´s third most populated city and a visually-stunning destination. Ethnically diverse, it is home to large Mexican and Polish communities. The natural environment that this urban spot calls home is carried, green, and walk-able, if a bit snowy in winter.

Chicago is known for its architecture, food, and mobster history. It´s known for its museums and cultural gems, making it an epicenter for tourism.
